SMS / Text Message Communications

When you sign up to play through our website and provide your mobile phone number, you may receive SMS text messages from Shinny USA for the following purposes:

  • Reminders that you are scheduled for a specific game time or session
  • Requests to confirm whether you will be attending a scheduled game or session
  • Other transactional messages related to your participation in Shinny USA programs

These messages are sent through Twilio, a third-party communications platform. Twilio processes your phone number and message content on our behalf in accordance with their own privacy practices.

  • Message frequency varies based on your scheduled games and sessions.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe at any time.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information at the end of this Policy.
  • We will not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors (such as Twilio) strictly for the purpose of delivering the SMS service is permitted.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of signing up to play.

How We Share Your Information
